Salesforce Business Analyst

About the Job

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will bridge business requirements and technical solutions as the team transitions from a legacy Informatica MDM solution to a new Salesforce Data Cloud implementation. You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and Salesforce teams to support a fresh-start implementation with no migration.

What You Will Do

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.
  
• Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  
• Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data.
  
• Collaborate with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and align business and technical requirements.
  

What You Will Need

• 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role.
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and Salesforce Administration/configuration.
  
• Experience with Agentforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.
  
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
  
• Strong requirements gathering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work within US time zones (EST/CST).
