Job description

Schedule 

  • Monday–Thursday: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. ET
  • Sunday: 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET
  • Two holidays per year
  • Flexibility to adjust scheduled hours or days based on business and operational needs

 

What you will do

  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of IPU team members and provide IPU leadership with feedback on training progress and day-to-day performance.
  • Identify training needs and assist with the development and delivery of training materials in partnership with the Education Department.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and service levels and help coordinate resources to meet operational needs.
  • Assist with scheduling, training activities, team meetings, and other day-to-day operational needs.
  • Serve as a resource for questions or concerns related to IPU processes and procedures, assisting with troubleshooting, follow-up, and resolution as appropriate.
  • Identify and research quality issues and maintain accurate QA tracking and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining reference materials, departmental procedures, job aids, and other operational resources.
  • Help communicate process updates, policy changes, priorities, and other operational information as needed.
  • Compile and maintain team statistics, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate communication of outstanding issues, priorities, and operational needs across shifts and with IPU leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support when the IPU Supervisor is unavailable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
