Job description

Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for an Account Installation Specialist for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • 50% Perform installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: development of the account structure and billing set up to align with documented account requirements, coordination of structure revisions, researching and resolving setup and structure issues, database management, and management of related administrative documents. Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.
  • 40% Researching errors by comparing Account Management documentation against multiple internal systems.
  • Reconciling reports and group set up discrepancies, as well as analyzing transactional data and retroactive eligibility changes.
  • 10% Update internal databases to maintain tracking information. Monitor daily report for inventory control.
 
Requirements:
  • Education Level: High School Diploma
  • Education Details: or GED
  • Experience: less than one year insurance industry experience
  • Attention to Details, Time Management, Organization, Communication, and Problem Solving
