• Service Fee: ₱80,000 - 100,000 PHP

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communication, Multimedia Arts, or Marketing
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation and social media management
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and video editing software
• Proven track record of increased engagement and brand consistency through social media campaigns
• Willingness to undergo a background check

• Content Ideation & Scripting: Brainstorm viral, educational, and promotional content concepts and write engaging scripts tailored to different social platforms.
• Short-Form Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-impact short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Visual Asset Design: Create eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and branding elements to support multimedia campaigns.
• Copywriting: Draft compelling social media captions, hooks, and email marketing copy that align perfectly with the brand’s voice.
• Cross-Platform Repurposing: Efficiently slice long-form content into bite-sized social media assets to maximize content shelf-life.

• Core Creative Skills: Strong background in short-form video production, graphic design (Canva/Adobe), copywriting, and narrative-driven storytelling.
• AI Video & Tool Stack: Fluency in generative AI editing tools including CapCut AI, Runway, Descript, HeyGen, Midjourney/DALL-E, and ChatGPT/Claude.
• AI Portfolio Examples: Mandatory submission of specific examples showcasing AI-assisted video edits, AI-generated visual assets, or AI-scripted copy.
• Social Portfolio: Direct links to active social media accounts, channels, or campaigns displaying short-form video work you have produced.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in social media content creation and management.
• Expertise in content ideation, scripting, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in AI-based creative tools and video editing software.
