Job Description

Join Veolia as our Key Account Commercial Coordinator and take the lead in bridging the gap between Veolia and the largest and most influential customers in the data center space! This is a crucial role that involves close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, including account contacts, Key Account Managers, product management, and technology teams across Veolia. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional contract and market performance across the portfolio.

  • Coordinate closely with the Veolia Key Account Manager to oversee all Account activities.
  • Assist in the development of Veolia solutions in the data center market.
  • Monitor and optimise contract performance down to the plant level.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the data centers needs and how Veolia can provide tailored solutions to address them effectively.
  • Lead the charge in driving the adoption of our innovative digital solutions within the customers.
  • Identify opportunities for automation improvements and work closely to implement them.
  • Conduct business reviews and KPI review meetings with key customer decision-makers and internal stakeholders ensuring their utmost satisfaction and addressing any water treatment-related issues promptly.
  • Serve as a water champion for our customers within Veolia, representing their interests and needs within our organization.
  • Maintain a project tracker and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate proposal requests data center aligned installations, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry from an accredited college or university
  • 8-15 + years of knowledge of water treatment products, services, technologies, and applications portfolio
  • Knowledge in the markets, processes, and equipment related to the data center will be highly beneficial
  • Align strategy with execution, possess strong influencing skills across business functions, and thrive in a matrix environment
  • A clear thinker, an excellent listener, externally focused, and a problem-solver.
  • Collaboration is key, able to work across functions and organizational boundaries to quickly mobilize stakeholders.

● Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles.  The range is
not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills,
experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.  Depending upon all the preceding
considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the
stated range: $100,000 -115,000 USD AND SIP (Sales Incentive Plan eligible)
