Job Overview Summary 

The Project Coordinator I provides essential support to project managers and security teams by assisting in the administrative and logistical aspects of security projects. This entry-level role ensures project plans are on track and coordinates day-to-day activities to support project completion. The Project Coordinator I acts as a liaison, enabling clear communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):

  • Assist in planning and scheduling security project tasks, timelines, and milestones.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, such as preparing project documents and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Maintain records of project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for the project team.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $50,500 - $81,600. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
