Position Summary

PharmaLogic is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to support our Commercial organization.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Support, this role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Accounting to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The Customer Success Associate supports customer onboarding, implementation, CRM administration, reporting, analytics, and commercial operations while helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Success

· Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers, ensuring a smooth implementation experience.

· Track onboarding milestones and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders.

· Support product launches and implementation activities across the customer base.

· Serve as a day-to-day resource for customer inquiries, coordinating responses with internal departments.

· Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

· Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce and other business systems.

Sales Support & Commercial Operations

· Support the U.S. Sales team with customer implementation, account setup, pricing requests, and operational coordination.

· Coordinate activities between Sales, Accounting, Operations, Customer Success, and other internal departments.

· Assist with contract implementation and customer account maintenance.

· Maintain CRM data integrity and support ongoing process improvements.

· Identify customer needs and communicate potential sales opportunities to the appropriate Sales Representative.

Analytics & Reporting

· Assist with Salesforce reporting, Power BI dashboards, and other commercial analytics.

· Prepare recurring reports for Sales Leadership and executive management.

· Perform ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations based on business trends.

Customer Experience

· Build positive working relationships with customers and internal business partners.

· Assist customers in understanding PharmaLogic products, services, and available resources.

· Support customer training activities and adoption of new products and services.

· Escalate customer concerns appropriately to Customer Success Managers or Sales Leadership when necessary.

Continuous Improvement

· Identify opportunities to improve customer processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

· Participate in special projects supporting Commercial Operations and Customer Success initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.

· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications


· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 1–3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, commercial operations, healthcare, sales support, life sciences, or a related field.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

   Preferred

· Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.

· Experience using Power BI, Smartsheet, or other reporting and analytics tools.

· Healthcare or radiopharmaceutical industry experience.

· Experience supporting sales or commercial organizations.
