Job Summary

The EHS Operations Analyst is the operational backbone of field readiness and revenue enablement. This role removes compliance barriers that could prevent technicians from accessing customer facilities, ensuring rapid, safe, and compliant site entry for our Asset Reliability Technicians. Reporting to the Safety Director, this position is primarily remote with occasional travel as needed to support audits, site visits, and safety initiatives. The EHS Operations Analyst drives contractor qualification, customer compliance, documentation accuracy, and field-support coordination—directly enabling our field operations to execute efficiently and safely.

Decision Authority

This role has authority to identify compliance gaps, documentation deficiencies, and readiness issues that could block site access or pose risk. The EHS Operations Analyst evaluates gaps, coordinates corrective actions, and escalates material compliance concerns to the Safety Director for final decision on site access authorization. The Safety Director retains final decision-making authority on all go/no-go site access determinations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify readiness gaps proactively and coordinate resolutions to keep technicians deployment-ready

Support customer onboarding and site-specific requirement reviews to accelerate market entry and expand service delivery

Safety Documentation & Compliance Management

Maintain and manage comprehensive safety records including training documentation, inspections, audits, permits, certifications, and policies

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of all safety documentation across digital systems

Track safety metrics, KPIs, and compliance status for leadership review and strategic decision-making

Support OSHA/MSHA recordkeeping and reporting requirements (e.g., OSHA 300, 300A, 301 logs)

Contractor Qualification & Customer Compliance

Manage company profiles in contractor compliance portals (ISNetworld, Avetta, and similar systems)

Upload, monitor, and renew required safety documentation and programs to maintain active contractor status

Review, track, and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to meet customer and contractual requirements

Identify compliance deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions; escalate material issues to Safety Director for resolution authority

Customer & Technician Support

Serve as primary safety compliance point of contact for customers, managing communication professionally and courteously

Review customer-specific safety requirements and ensure technicians meet all prerequisites before site entry

Support technician onboarding, site-specific training, and field readiness both remotely and during on-site visits

Systems & Data Management

Utilize Salesforce to track customer safety requirements, documentation status, compliance activities, and field deployment readiness

Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and action items to support operational and safety readiness

Collaborate with internal teams using Slack and other digital communication platforms to ensure alignment and rapid issue resolution

Training Coordination & Incident Support

Coordinate safety training, onboarding orientations, and refresher training programs

Track training completion, certifications, and expiration dates to maintain readiness

Assist with incident, injury, and near-miss reporting; support investigations and corrective action tracking

Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits with on-site support as needed; verify corrective action closure
