Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Product Owner to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of our Commerce platform. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business objectives into well-defined product requirements while ensuring successful execution across Agile teams.

This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience using Agile product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Figma, Lucidchart, and reporting dashboards.

The Product Owner will own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives based on business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital commerce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Own and manage the product backlog for Commerce initiatives.
  • Translate business strategies into clear Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on customer value, business impact, risk, and technical dependencies.
  • Define product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and business leadership.
  • Ensure product vision is understood across engineering and business teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between:
