  • Own and continuously prioritize the backlog based on customer value, strategic fit, revenue impact, risk, technical health, effort, and time to value.
  • Translate priorities into sprint-ready work with clear problem statements, scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Lead backlog refinement and provide timely product decisions before and during development.
  • Plan and conduct discovery with relevant users and customers, document findings, test assumptions, and incorporate validated learning into requirements and priorities.
  • Partner with Engineering to evaluate solution options, understand technical constraints, and make explicit tradeoff decisions.
  • Align Support, Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering on priorities, timing, customer commitments, release impact, and messaging.

  • Monitor adoption and service KPIs, interpret trends, and use the findings to adjust roadmap, backlog, discovery, and enablement decisions.

  • Strong capability in customer discovery, competitive analysis, requirements definition, backlog management, facilitation, stakeholder communication, issue triage, UAT, and data-informed decision-making.
