Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents
  • Coordinate case filings, court schedules, and deadlines
  • Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Maintain and update case management systems and databases
  • Support the legal team in trial preparation and administrative tasks 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of paralegal or legal assistant experience
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
