Job Title: Senior Manager, Healthcare Product Commercialization

Locations: Remote: Florida, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, or New Hampshire

Get To Know The Team:

The Senior Manager, Healthcare Product Commercialization will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for SS&C Health's product portfolio, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market growth. This role bridges product development, marketing, sales, and operations to maximize product impact and revenue.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product commercialization strategies and plans for new and existing products, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, Training) to ensure seamless execution of commercialization activities.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and ongoing product performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Develop and manage product launch budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Create compelling sales enablement tools, collateral, and training programs to equip sales teams with the knowledge and resources to effectively sell products.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the healthcare technology space.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for product commercialization workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or commercialization within the healthcare technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing complex software products.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare payer and/or provider market.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM software.
