Senior Supply Chain Consultant – Healthcare

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with a strong background in healthcare/hospital supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience across supply chain logistics and/or planning, with experience supporting hospitals, health systems, or similar healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain planning and logistics initiatives within a healthcare environment.

• Partner with business and operational stakeholders to understand current supply chain processes, challenges, and requirements.

• Analyze supply chain operations and identify opportunities to improve planning, logistics, and overall operational efficiency.

• Support the development and implementation of supply chain process improvements.

• Coordinate across business, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams.

• Provide analysis, recommendations, and updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain experience, with a focus on logistics and/or planning.

• Experience working within healthcare, hospital, or health-system environments strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.

• Experience working with cross-functional business and operational stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively within a consulting/project environment.

Preferred Background

• Previous experience supporting a large hospital or health system, such as HCA Healthcare or a similar organization.

• Experience supporting supply chain transformation or process improvement initiatives.
