AO is seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join our growing virtual team as Member Onboarding Representatives.
You'll connect with members through scheduled virtual appointments, help them understand available benefits, answer questions, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide a positive experience from initial consultation through ongoing support.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide the training, mentorship, and licensing guidance—you bring the motivation to learn and succeed.

Connect with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Provide a friendly, professional onboarding experience
Learn about each member's needs and answer questions
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
Help members understand coverage features and available choices
Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
Assist with beneficiary information and policy documentation
Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support
Maintain accurate digital records
Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service
This position combines member service, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales with an emphasis on education and helping families make informed decisions.
Work from home anywhere within the United States. Client appointments, training, coaching, and team meetings are conducted virtually.
Spend your time connecting with individuals who have requested information about available benefits.
No traditional cold calling and no purchasing leads.

This is a performance-based opportunity rather than a guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Individual earnings vary based on production and results.
