Position Overview

As a Remote Insurance Operations Leader, you'll help oversee and develop a team of insurance professionals while maintaining a strong focus on client service, operational performance, and professional development.

You'll lead by example—helping clients understand available insurance benefits while coaching team members to strengthen their communication, productivity, and overall performance.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, mentor, and support remote insurance representatives
• Help onboard and develop new team members
• Conduct virtual coaching and development sessions
• Establish individual and team performance goals

• Provide feedback, accountability, and ongoing support

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Assist with complex client questions and service needs when appropriate
• Promote professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service

Operations & Performance

• Monitor individual and team performance
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and client experience
• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to manage virtual operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
