At Truvo, we are building a fully autonomous consumer insurance broker — saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives. We are rewiring a trillion-dollar industry that still runs on phone calls, fax machines, and legacy carrier systems. We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team.
We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Service Representative to own the customer relationship after the sale — handling policy changes, billing and cancellation issues, and renewals, and helping shape how AI and humans work together to deliver a service experience that has never existed before.
Policy Servicing: Owning the service queue end to end — endorsements, address and vehicle changes, driver adds, lienholder and mortgagee updates, ID cards and proof of insurance
Saving Business: Getting ahead of non-pay warnings, cancellations, and rate increases — re-shopping across carriers and rewriting coverage before a customer walks
Renewals and Retention: Reviewing renewals before they land, catching premium jumps early, and turning routine touchpoints into cross-sells
Carrier Escalations: Being the person who gets a stuck item unstuck — carrier portals, underwriting, and billing departments
AI Collaboration: Working alongside our AI agents — providing feedback that makes them better, stepping in where human judgment and a phone call matter
Licensed: Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Service Experience: Time in a personal-lines service, retention, or account management seat — you have worked endorsements, billing, and cancellations
Closes the Loop: Nothing sits in your queue without a next step and an answer for the customer, and you follow the carrier until it is actually done
Customer-First: You actually care about getting people the right coverage, not just off the phone
Comfortable with Tech: You do not need to code, but you are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows
Hungry: You want to be early at a company that is going to change an entire industry
Nice to Have: Multi-line experience (auto + home/renters), familiarity with carrier portals and comparative raters, or experience at an insurtech
After you apply, unlock the direct contact details of the people who actually make the call. A quick follow-up makes you 5x more likely to land an interview.
