Job description

At Truvo, we are building a fully autonomous consumer insurance broker — saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives. We are rewiring a trillion-dollar industry that still runs on phone calls, fax machines, and legacy carrier systems. We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team.

Need flexibility? Truvo Flex is for licensed property & casualty producers who want to sell on their own time. You come to work when it fits your schedule, and we provide the leads. No base, no draw, no ceiling, and never a lead bill.

How You Get Paid

  • $20 per Policy: For every new policy you bind

  • 10% for 12 Months: Of that policy's commission for its first 12 months, on top of the $20

  • $0 Lead Cost: We buy the leads. Nothing comes out of your pay for them

How It Works

  • Work When It Fits: No set schedule. Log on when you have the time, whether that is an evening after your day job or a free weekend

  • We Provide the Leads: Fresh leads from consumers shopping for insurance right now — not aged, shared leads you paid for yourself

  • One Rater, Dozens of Carriers: Quote across our carrier panel in one place and bind the right fit for the customer

  • Customer Advisory: Help people understand their coverage so they are actually protected, not just cheaply insured

Get Started in Three Steps

  • Send Your License Details: Apply with your NPN and resident state

  • We Appoint You: Across our carriers, and we sponsor your non-resident licensing

  • Start Writing: Log on whenever it suits you, and get paid per policy from the first one you bind

Requirements

  • Licensed: An active resident property & casualty license. That is the only gate

Independent-contractor (1099) role. Pay shown is the structure of the offer, not a guarantee of earnings; what you earn depends on what you write. The $20 applies to new business; the 10% share runs for the first 12 months of each policy. Non-resident licensing is sponsored. Truvo is an equal opportunity employer.
