Technical Lead, Product Development

We are a global leader in providing high-assurance identity verification, transaction signing, authentication, mobile security, simplified e-signature workflows, and secure video collaboration for virtual transactions. Our solutions enable trust that ensures the integrity of the people and artifacts associated with digital agreements and transactions across banking, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.

We are seeking a Technical Lead to own the design and delivery of scalable, secure backend services for authentication and identity platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Lead architecture and development of Java-based services and REST APIs

· Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring

· Drive scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems

· Collaborate with product, security, and platform teams to deliver high-impact features

· Champion best practices for zero-downtime deployments, observability, and system resilience

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of software product development experience, where products are in use at scale by customers

· 5+ years of experience as a tech lead for product development teams

· Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms

· Strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design

· Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems

· Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL)

· Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-based deployments

· Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
