Project Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting for one of our partners in the cybersecurity business intelligence industry. The organization provides industry news and analysis, research, professional education, virtual and in-person events, and peer-to-peer collaboration opportunities for the cybersecurity community.

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee high-priority technology initiatives supporting the organization’s growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring complex projects are delivered on time and remain aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-priority technology initiatives from planning through completion.
  

• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and documentation.
  

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Operations, and Events.
  

• Identify and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
  

• Lead RFP processes when required, including evaluating proposals and supporting vendor selection.
  

• Manage external vendors and technology partners, ensuring they meet agreed deliverables and deadlines.
  

• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and changes in project scope.
  

• Provide leadership with concise updates covering progress, milestones, risks, and next steps.
  

• Establish and maintain consistent project management processes and documentation.
  

• Improve workflows, cross-team collaboration, and resource efficiency.
  

• Ensure projects remain aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience.
  

• Previous experience in a project management or client success role is required.
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Proficiency in project management tools is required.
  

• Knowledge of Monday.com would be an added advantage.
  

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
  

• Familiarity with RFP processes, technology integrations, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
  

• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
  

• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote working environment.
