About the Opportunity

Successful applicants may be added to Rosie's People's approved consultant network and considered for client assignments as requirements arise.

Depending on the assignment, you may be asked to design, develop, facilitate and/or deliver learning and development interventions, provide individual or group coaching, support wider organisational-development projects, or contribute specialist expertise as part of a broader Rosie's People client engagement.

Some assignments may involve delivering an established programme or framework. Others may require you to work with the client and us to understand a particular organisational need and develop an appropriate intervention.

You may work independently on some assignments and alongside other Rosie's People consultants on others. In either case, we expect consultants to work within the agreed client scope, maintain appropriate communication, protect confidentiality and escalate issues appropriately.

Our Ideal Consultant

We're particularly interested in people who:

  • Have at least five years' relevant professional experience in L&D, training, facilitation, organisational development and/or professional coaching.
  • Have demonstrable experience working with managers, leaders and/or professional populations.
  • Can evidence personally designing, developing and delivering high-quality learning or development interventions.
  • Can adapt their approach to different organisations, industries, audiences and organisational cultures.
  • Are confident facilitating interactive sessions and responding appropriately to questions, challenge and discussion.
  • Can translate organisational needs into practical learning or development interventions.
  • Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider consultancy delivery team.
  • Communicate credibly and professionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Understand confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Are commercially aware, organised and reliable.
  • Can confidently represent the Rosie's People brand within client organisations.

Relevant L&D, training, facilitation, CIPD, CMI, ILM, ICF, EMCC or equivalent professional qualifications/accreditations are highly desirable.

Important

Joining the Rosie's People consultant network does not constitute an offer or guarantee of work, minimum hours or a particular client assignment.

Consultants are considered for assignments according to the client's requirements, relevant expertise and industry experience, location, availability, delivery style, client/cultural fit and agreed commercial terms.

Where selected for a specific assignment, the scope, deliverables, rates, preparation requirements, travel expectations, duration and other relevant terms will be agreed before any work commences.
