About Us

E3n is a not-for-profit, member-based organization serving independent schools, educators, students, and families across the full student lifecycle.

Formed through the merger of the former Educational Records Bureau (ERB) and the Enrollment Management Association (EMA), E3n builds on nearly a century of collective expertise in assessment, enrollment, and student development. E3n exists to deepen school impact and advance whole-student growth by uniting academic and enrollment leadership around shared, data-driven insights.

E3n provides comprehensive assessments, professional tools, conferences, and analytics that help independent schools demonstrate their value and support student success from pre-enrollment through graduation—extending beyond academic performance to include student well-being, sense of belonging, and social-emotional development.

About the Opportunity

The Director, Member Success, Academic, plays a key role in supporting E3n member schools and organizations in effectively using the organization's achievement assessments, student well-being tools, data resources, and professional learning offerings.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Member Success (Academic), this role manages relationships with a portfolio of member schools and helps ensure members experience meaningful value from their engagement with E3n. The Director serves as a trusted partner to academic leaders, providing guidance, support, and resources that help schools understand and apply assessment and student well-being data to strengthen teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

The Director collaborates with colleagues across the organization to ensure members receive timely support, successful onboarding experiences, and access to the resources they need to maximize the value of E3n's academic and student well-being tools and services. The role also plays an important part in identifying emerging member needs and sharing insights internally to strengthen E3n's products, services, and overall member experience.

They are confident presenting to professional audiences, facilitating thoughtful conversations around assessment data and instructional improvement, and managing multiple member relationships in a dynamic environment.
