About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Director, Admissions Testing Programs to lead the strategy, growth, and evolution of E3n’s admissions assessment portfolio, including its ISEE, SSAT, test preparation offerings, and future blended admissions assessment.
This role is ideal for a product-oriented leader who combines strategic vision with execution discipline—someone who is energized by solving meaningful customer problems, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, and bringing complex solutions to market. Successful candidates are naturally curious, collaborative, and persistent, influential, with a strong ability to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into a clear product direction.
The Senior Director will serve as the connective tissue between market insight, organizational
strategy, and product development ensuring that admissions offerings deliver meaningful value to schools and families while strengthening E3n’s long-term strategic position.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Director, Admissions Testing Programs will lead the vision, strategy, and performance of E3n’s admissions assessment portfolio. This role operates within the Product division and partners closely with Research & Innovation, Enterprise Data & Insight, and operational platform teams responsible for registration, application systems, and related infrastructure.
