Job description

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES develops and integrates products, engineering support, repair and maintenance services to provide value-added solutions to owners, engineers and contractors.  We provide specialty contracting services through our contracting companies, and state-of-the-art proprietary products and engineering support services through our technologies company.  With over 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets, we serve the Commercial, Public, Transportation Industrial, and Power markets to tackle the toughest construction challenges. • Team Assistance: Actively assist with general site tasks, tool maintenance, and ground support during operational downtime.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, site-specific safety protocols, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid NCCCO (or equivalent industry/state) Crane Operator Certification for Rough Terrain / Hydraulic Cranes.

  • Proven experience operating RT cranes (experience with Tadano equipment is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, hand signals, and safety regulations.

  • Willingness to pitch in with general job site tasks when crane operation is paused.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to work full project hours.

  • Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and physical evaluations.
