POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Lead integration management efforts across varying levels of complexity, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and go-live readiness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and issue resolution, proactively identifying risks, escalating critical issues, and driving accountability to meet integration milestones.
  • Develop and execute staffing and physician recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with operational and integration needs.
  • Oversee practice operations strategy, including physician scheduling, staffing optimization, and demand vs. supply management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and financial performance.
  • Serve as a key partner to leadership and field operations in managing complex client relationships, navigating challenges, and leading diplomatically through sensitive or high-stakes situations.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–3 years of project management experience, with CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage projects, demonstrating strong ownership and execution from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex information.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; healthcare industry experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
