Doctoral degree with a major in Audiology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Massachusetts license to practice Audiology
1-year of professional full-time work experience (including traineeship), preferably in a hospital or medical office setting
Experience with diagnostic and rehabilitative audiologic services with patients of all ages
