Job Summary

Works with users to provide software/application support services. May also work with users to understand clinical and business workflows, document functional requirements, execute test scripts, and perform user acceptance testing. If applicable for specific role, must be able to obtain required certifications as outlined by program requirements.

Hourly pay range $30.21 - $43.16
40 hours / week Monday - Friday


 

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support and educate users on the use of clinical and complementary applications.
  • Help identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution
  • Provide high-quality service to end users in accordance with defined service-level agreements.
  • Assist with documenting business processes and running reports as needed.
  • Understand user requirements; assist in translating these into functional requirements.
  • Assist with executing user acceptance testing plans.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss team and project activities, issues, changes, and communications.

EXPERIENCE:

Related IT experience, ideally in healthcare IT environment 0-1 year preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience providing end-user support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document workflows and business processes.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to learn, Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions, and quick learning.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related Field of Study preferred
