Job description

At NVIDIA, we're at the forefront of retail transformation, driving innovation in digital commerce, supply chain, and intelligent stores — each supported by a portfolio of NVIDIA libraries, retail blueprints and ISV partners that bring our technology to life. Our team is dedicated to harnessing the power of AI to improve every aspect of the retail experience.

Are you passionate about revolutionizing the retail industry with powerful AI technology? This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thinks like a product leader and communicates like a marketer. You'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, industry knowledge, partner engagement, and storytelling — defining how NVIDIA shows up in the retail market while shaping what we build and for whom. If you're looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, this role is perfect for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Product & Market Strategy: Define market sizing, segmentation, and positioning for NVIDIA's retail and CPG portfolio, including our Retail Blueprints. Lead market intelligence efforts — synthesizing customer, partner, and developer signals into product and GTM recommendations. Serve as the voice of the market back into product management and engineering.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with the industry VP, business development, developer relations, product management, PR, and enterprise and developer marketing teams. Translate product capabilities and roadmap milestones into consistent positioning, messaging, and launch strategy across retail initiatives.

  • Partner/Sales Enablement & Content: Partner with Developer Relations Managers to grow the NVIDIA retail ecosystem through co-marketing, joint solution briefs, and partner enablement programs. Direct the production of high-impact content — customer success stories, technical solution briefs, reference architectures, blogs, and demo videos — grounded in real product use cases.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performance, matrixed global product marketing team, starting with 1 direct report, with a vision to scale as the business grows.

What we need to see:

  • 15+ years' of experience spanning product marketing and product management, with proven fluency in both fields — from defining market requirements and use cases to GTM execution and sales enablement

  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership and team management role

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated experience in retail technology, CPG, or adjacent industries (e-commerce, supply chain/logistics, payments, or enterprise SaaS serving retail)

  • Proven track record launching and scaling AI, cloud, or platform products to enterprise audiences — owning both the product narrative and the go-to-market motion

  • Strong analytical abilities: comfortable with benchmark frameworks, funnel metrics, and the ability to translate data into strategy

  • Experience in developer marketing or platform ecosystems, with a track record of growing developer adoption

  • Executive presence and communication skills; experience presenting to C-suite customers, partners, and analysts

  • Experience building and scaling high-performance global teams in a matrixed organization

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA from a leading program, comparable professional background, or equivalent experience

  • Deep familiarity with retail AI use cases across online sales, logistics, and physical store operations

  • Existing relationships with major retailers, CPG companies, or retail technology ISVs

  • Public speaking experience at major retail industry conferences (NRF, Shoptalk, Groceryshop, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience developing or deploying AI applications using NVIDIA’s SDKs or equivalent edge AI/computer vision platforms
