The Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including OOP, design patterns, and scalable architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficient in Git and version control workflows.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Would be considered as an additional advantage:

  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to the fintech industry or banking-related software solutions.
