  • Lead strategic planning conversations tied to medical product planning, clinical priorities, and R&D pipeline goals
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams including Strategy, Product, Operations, Scientific Experts, and Program Management to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support the development of proposals, scopes of work, strategic recommendations, and client communications
  • Monitor account health, delivery milestones, financial forecasting, risks, and overall client satisfaction
  • Act as a senior escalation point for client issues and help navigate complex business challenges with confidence and care
  • Represent Reverba in high-level client meetings, planning sessions, and growth discussions

Candidate Profile
We are especially interested in candidates who bring:

  • The ability to build strong, long-standing relationships with pharmaceutical clients within the EU/UK regions
  • Experience within the medical communications landscape, with a clear understanding of Medical Affairs and Clinical client environments
  • A proven ability to grow existing client portfolios through organic growth, while also contributing to new business opportunities

Skills and Qualifications
We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Significant experience in a senior client-facing role within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare communications, or medical consultancy
  • Deep knowledge of Medical Affairs, HCP engagement, clinical development, and medical communications
  • Experience in strategic account management, client growth, and complex stakeholder engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial oversight
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and consulting skills, including the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into strategic recommendations
  • Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and cross-functional environment
  • Confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders and guiding strategic conversations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and privacy considerations in local and global markets
  • Comfort with CRM systems, financial reporting tools, and presentation platforms

Preferred Experience
It would be a plus if you also have:

  • Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical organizations
  • Understanding of global medical affairs operating models
  • Exposure to strategic planning for HCP engagement, patient engagement, clinical insight gathering, or scientific platforms
