1. Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects 
requirements.

2. Participate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection plan and 
schedule. 
参加项目启动会，向供应商简要介绍监造范围、监造计划和时间表。 
3. Verify the on-site conditions according to the 5M methodology prior to performing the inspection. 
在执行监造之前，根据5M方法验证现场条件。 
4. Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist. 
根据监造清单分析测量结果，监督制造和测试进度。

5. Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule. 
监控测试交付周期，以确保在商定的时间内完成。 
6. Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement 
plan. 
将调查结果告知监造现场的联系人，并分析他们的改进计划。 
7. Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection. 
向项目经理报告监造期间现场观察到的结果。 
8. Fill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.

9. Suggest improvements to the manufacturer to improve the inspected product and the testing 
conditions.

10. Propose improvement of the inspection methodology.
