Job description

ChildFund Australia is seeking an experienced Technology Partner to help shape the future of the Swipe Safe app—our evidence-led digital learning platform that empowers children and young people to stay safe online.

This consultancy will assess, strengthen and enhance the existing platform to ensure it is scalable, engaging and fit for future expansion across multiple countries. Working closely with ChildFund Australia, the selected partner will undertake a feasibility analysis before implementing prioritised improvements to user experience, accessibility, platform architecture, security, reporting and gamification. The assignment will also support testing, deployment and knowledge transfer to ensure the platform remains sustainable and adaptable for long-term program delivery.

We are looking for a Technology Partner with demonstrated expertise in digital learning platforms, mobile application development, UX/UI design, accessibility, cybersecurity, and scalable technology solutions. Experience working with NGOs, education initiatives, or child-focused programmes will be highly regarded.
