Job description

At Nyobolt, we're redefining what's possible with ultra-fast charging technology. Our pioneering battery systems are transforming industries from automotive and AI infrastructure to heavy-duty industrial applications. As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for talented people who thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering real-world impact.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to join our growing US team in El Paso, Texas. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys driving projects from concept through execution, collaborating across multiple functions, and continuously improving supply chain performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products move efficiently through the supply chain while also supporting customers after delivery to deliver an exceptional experience.

What you'll do

  • Lead supply chain and logistics projects that improve transportation, warehousing, inventory flow, and overall operational performance.
  • Partner with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to successfully deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyze supply chain, inventory, shipping, and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • Drive improvements that enhance on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, logistics providers, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support our post-sales customer experience by managing RMA (Return Material Authorization) activities and coordinating reverse logistics.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely support, documenting solutions, and working closely with Engineering and suppliers to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Lead issue resolution, change management, training activities, and post-project reviews to ensure long-term success.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company policies, safety standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

What we're looking for

  • Experience managing supply chain, logistics, or operations projects in a fast-paced manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Experience supporting customer returns (RMA) and reverse logistics is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
