Kodland’e katılın — 5–17 yaş arası çocuklara online kodlama, matematik ve dijital beceri eğitimleri sunan global bir eğitim platformuyuz. 40 ülkede 30.000’den fazla öğrenciyle çalışıyor, çocukların geleceğin becerilerini erken yaşta kazanmasına destek oluyoruz.

STEM akreditasyonuna sahip eğitim yaklaşımımızla, öğrencilerin yalnızca dijital araçları kullanmasını değil; yaratıcılık, problem çözme, tasarım odaklı düşünme ve dijital üretim becerileri geliştirmesini hedefliyoruz.

3D Modelleme ve Dijital Tasarım Eğitmeni olarak göreviniz, Kodland tarafından sağlanan hazır ders materyalleriyle öğrencilerimize online grup dersleri vermek, Blender gibi araçlar üzerinden öğrencilerin 3D tasarım mantığını keşfetmelerine rehberlik etmek ve dersleri eğlenceli, etkileşimli ve öğretici hale getirmek olacaktır.

Bu rolde sizden beklenenler:

• Kodland’ın sağladığı müfredat ve materyallerle online 3D modelleme ve dijital tasarım dersleri yürütmek

• Blender kullanarak öğrencilerin temel modelleme becerilerini geliştirmelerine destek olmak

• Öğrencilere temel 3D modelleme, sahne oluşturma, obje düzenleme, materyal kullanımı, kompozisyon ve dijital tasarım mantığı gibi konularda rehberlik etmek

• Teknik konuları öğrencilerin yaşına ve seviyesine uygun şekilde sade, anlaşılır ve ilgi çekici biçimde anlatmak

• Grup derslerinde öğrencilerin aktif katılımını, yaratıcılığını ve özgün proje üretimini desteklemek

• Öğrencilerin kendi 3D modellerini, dijital tasarımlarını ve proje çalışmalarını oluşturmalarına rehberlik etmek

• Öğrencilerin sınıf içi çalışmalarını, ev ödevlerini ve proje ilerlemelerini düzenli olarak takip etmek

• Öğrenci gelişimiyle ilgili gerekli geri bildirimleri paylaşmak

• Derslerden sonra sınıf raporlarını doldurmak

• Grup sohbetlerini takip etmek ve öğrenci/veli taleplerine zamanında yanıt vermek

• Takım lideri, eğitim departmanı ve operasyon ekibiyle düzenli iletişimde kalmak

• Kalite ekibinden gelen geri bildirimlere açık olmak ve öğretim becerilerinizi geliştirmek

Dersler uzaktan yürütülür. Ders içerikleri, metodolojik materyaller ve onboarding sürecindeki yönlendirmeler Kodland tarafından sağlanır. Öğrenci bulma, ders planlama, ödeme ve operasyonel süreçler Kodland tarafından organize edilir.
