Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies that drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost conversions.


You won't just be sending emails, you will be crafting personalized, high-conversion customer journeys that directly drive revenue growth.


The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, understands segmentation and automation, and can turn data into actionable insights. This role is perfect for someone who is both analytical and creative, with a passion for delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time.


Key Responsibilities:



General:

  • Design, update, and maintain the company website and landing pages.
  • Create web graphics, banners, and digital marketing assets.
  • Manage website content, ensuring branding and messaging consistency.
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Support social media and marketing teams with visual and technical web requirements.
  • Monitor website analutics and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain website security, integrations, and user access permissions. 
  • Handle our company's social media accounts (X, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube, IG, LinkedIn)

Email Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
  • Segment audiences for personalized and behavior-based campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain email databases to ensure accuracy, list health, and deliverability.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Monitor and report on key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates).
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Campaign Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling, on-brand email content.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.

Optimization & Growth:

  • Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
  • Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools.
  • Explore integrations with CRM, website, and paid marketing channels to enhance results.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and deliverability best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.


Preferred:

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising (a plus but not required).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Basic design skills in Canva or similar (bonus).


System Requirements:

  • Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
  • Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
  • Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
  • REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
  • REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
