The Sr. Manager - Marketing Strategy is responsible for the development of regional and local marketing plans in designated region and communities in the ministry-wide marketing Strategy process. These plans serve as the basis of budgetary investment, operational focus & deployment, with a concentration on driving patient growth & retention. This position will serve as project manager to ensure coordination and prioritization of work efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our Mission and Brand by strengthening existing client relationships while also attracting potential new clients.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications or similar.

Experience: Four (4) years' experience required.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

•    Excellent communication, both written and verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

•    Organized, reliable self-starter with strong creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and use in decision-making.

•    Knowledge of financial, accounting, and budgeting activities.

•    Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience preferred: Health care experience preferred.
