Field Service Technician (Full-Time, 100% Travel)
Reports to: Fleet Director
Pay Range: $32 - $42/hr DOE
Per Diem at the GSA Rate - Lowest paid $178/day
Spriggs Excavation is recruiting for a full-time, 100% travel position. This role requires continuous travel to project sites across multiple states based on business needs and project schedules. Employees in this position should expect to be assigned to one location for an extended period—such as several months at a time—before transitioning to another project in a different state. For example, an assignment may begin in Texas, then move to Colorado, and later transition to New Mexico. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work wherever projects are located are essential requirements of this role.

Job Summary:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician who brings with them a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to contribute to the overall success of a great team. The Field Mechanic is responsible for
diagnosis, repair and preventative maintenance of a large fleet of earthmoving equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic defects on equipment such as excavators, loaders, trenchers, forklifts, and more.
Pay is DOE with per diem. Expect 40–60 hours per week and up to 100% travel.
