Director, Demand Generation

Job Description 

Vimly is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to build and run demand generation from the ground up. As a department of one, you'll own the full marketing function, but your primary focus will be generating and accelerating pipeline through targeted demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs in a competitive market. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a marketing engine, not just manage one.   

Job Responsibilities: 

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution, including email, paid, content syndication, and webinar programs that build qualified pipeline in a tight, competitive market. 

• Design, launch, and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs for target enterprise accounts, aligning content and outreach with sales priorities to accelerate deal velocity. 

• Serve as Vimly's sole marketing function, collaborating with department heads in setting priorities across brand, content, and demand generation while managing the marketing budget, tools, and vendor relationships. 

• Partner closely with sales leadership to define and refine target account lists, track pipeline and revenue contribution, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM), ideally at a SaaS or technology company. 

• Hands-on experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, content, webinars) and managing marketing automation and ABM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, or Pardot. 

• Proven ability to partner closely with sales to build and execute account-based strategies that generate and accelerate pipeline. 

• Comfortable operating as a team of one, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day campaign execution in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.

What We Offer 

Base salary: $150,000 - $160,000. Eligible for annual bonus earnings, up to 15% of annual salary. Actual compensation offered may vary depending upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
