Job description

Build the engine that turns a flow of partners into a system of sellers, leaders, and teams.

Remote · Crypto / Fintech · Reports to executive leadership

The role in one line

Own the system that activates new partners, scales mid-tier sellers, and turns top performers into team-builders.

Not a training role. Not a support role. A growth-infrastructure role.

Why this role exists

Partners are arriving faster than the system can absorb them.

Without structure, that flow leaks: newcomers stall, mid-tier sellers plateau, leaders carry too much manually. We need someone who can turn that flow into infrastructure - onboarding, CRM, automation, training, leadership rituals - all working as one machine.

You'll build that machine. End to end. With a team and a budget behind you.

What you'll build

1 · The activation system

A clean path from "I just joined" to "I'm closing." Onboarding. Role-and-level tracks. Playbooks, academy modules, scripts, videos, checklists. Same standard for every partner, every market.

2 · CRM as the operating layer

The CRM is where every partner lives, logs in, and moves forward. Segmentation, statuses, funnels, triggers, follow-ups, checkpoints - all wired to commercial outcomes. One system. One source of truth.

3 · Automation that scales with the flow

Onboarding sequences. Activation nudges. Reactivation flows. Touchpoints and reminders that run without anyone touching them. Manual work goes down. Coverage goes up.

4 · Training that moves numbers

Not training for training's sake. Programs that lift conversion, raise activity, and grow sales volume - measured. Built with sales, marketing, and product. Updated continuously from data and field feedback.

5 · The leadership rhythm

Weekly calls, webinars, workshops, leader-led sessions. A live community where partners learn from materials, from peers, and from the strongest leaders in the network.

6 · The team behind it

Hire and shape the function: onboarding, enablement, CRM ops, support workflows. Set the KPIs, the rhythms, the standards. Connect cleanly to affiliate, marketing, product, and commercial.

Outcomes you own

  • Every new leader has a clear 7 / 30 / 60 / 90-day path.

  • Time-to-first-sale drops. Activation rate climbs.

  • Mid-tier performers grow into top tier - measurably, repeatedly.

  • Top leaders get the tools to scale their own teams.

  • The flow of new partners can double - without onboarding quality dropping.

  • The function is scalable, measurable, commercially accountable.

How we'll measure it

  • Activation rate of new leaders

  • Time-to-first-sale / time-to-activation

  • System adoption rate

  • Training module completion

  • Retention of partners and leaders

  • Conversion from onboarding → active selling

  • Mid-to-top performer progression

  • Sales uplift after enablement programs

  • Productivity of the enablement team

Who you are

You've already built this kind of system somewhere - at scale.

Most likely in: IB (Introducing Broker) or affiliate programs at a forex, CFD, or crypto broker - you owned the program, not just a region. You built commission structures, onboarded partners by the hundred, and drove deposit or revenue growth.

Partner or franchise network at a fintech or financial services company - you managed the full partner lifecycle: acquisition, activation, training, performance, retention.

Network-driven distribution where revenue runs through leaders and teams - you've built the infrastructure that made that network perform.

Especially relevant if you've:

  • Onboarded and trained partners by the thousand, not the dozen.

  • Built CRM processes around sales and partner development - not just contact management.

  • Built or scaled an IB or affiliate program from scratch inside a regulated broker or fintech.

  • Designed commission models, partner onboarding flows, and activation sequences yourself.

  • Managed a partner channel with real revenue accountability - deposit volumes, partner count, network GMV.

  • Shipped playbooks, academies, and structured training that partners actually used and that moved commercial numbers.

  • Run a team of partner managers, BDMs, or enablement specialists.

What we care about most

  • You think in systems, not tasks.

  • You turn flows of people into manageable infrastructure.

  • You believe training is a means — to action, activation, sales.

  • You can build for both day-one beginners and ten-year leaders.

  • You don't run training sessions. You build a growth engine.

  • You combine high-touch with automation — and know when each wins.

  • You move on metrics, not vibes.

What you get

  • Real mandate. A blank page, a budget, and full ownership of the function. Not inherited debt.

  • Direct line to leadership. You report up - not through three layers. Decisions move in days, not quarters.

  • Competitive package. Base + performance bonus tied to the metrics you own. Crypto / token upside on the table.

  • Remote-first. Work from where you work best. Async by default, synchronous where it matters.

  • Travel and offsites. Regular in-person time with leaders and the network across regions.

  • Tooling without friction. Budget for the CRM, automation stack, and content production you need to ship.

  • A network that's already moving. You're not building demand from zero — you're channeling a flow that already exists.
