Job description

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Why this is a great opportunity

  • Join a firm with real courtroom depth — our attorneys have tried hundreds of cases, and you'll have every opportunity to build that same track record
  • Meaningful, complex civil litigation work from day one — discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
  • A collaborative team environment where you're supported, not siloed
  • Clear path to develop your litigation skills with increasing courtroom responsibility
  • Performance-based bonus potential
  • Flexibility to work from home 1 to 2 days per week on a floating basis

Location: This role is primarily in-person to support active court appearances and client work — with the added perk of regular remote flexibility. Our associates typically work from home 1 to 2 days per week on a floating schedule, giving you meaningful work-life balance without sacrificing courtroom access.

Note: This role requires at least 1 to 2 years of civil litigation experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice law and have a working knowledge of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including court appearances and motion practice.

About us

We are a trial-tested litigation firm with deep experience handling civil cases across a wide range of practice areas. Our attorneys don't just settle cases — they try them. With hundreds of trials under our collective belt, we bring a level of courtroom confidence that sets us apart. We're growing our team and looking for a driven civil litigator who wants to do meaningful work alongside attorneys who've been in the trenches. Confidential Employer.
