Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

Location: Remote – Hiring attorneys located in Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; and Miami, FL. Work from your local market while collaborating closely with our nationally connected team.

Note: Candidates must have an active Bar license in the state where they are applying (California, New York, or Florida) and at least 3 years of private practice experience.

Job Description

• Advise business clients on sophisticated corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Develop innovative legal strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
• Build trusted relationships with business clients.
• Analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
• Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
• Handle a wide variety of legal matters requiring creativity, flexibility, and sound business judgment.

Qualifications

• Active California, New York, or Florida Bar license.
• 3+ years of private practice experience.
• Business, corporate, or commercial law experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
