How will you fit in the big picture?

The Associate Manager Design to Value, provides analytical support for Design to Value program, enabling fact-based decision making across teams, supporting baselining, tracking, benchmarking, and valuing.

 

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain product and business fact bases through analysis of product performance, cost structures, value chain drivers, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to support fact-based decision making.
  • Conduct cost, value, financial, and business analyses, including cost teardowns, benchmarking, trade-off assessments, and business model evaluations, to identify value creation, growth, partnership, and investment opportunities across products and portfolios.
  • Develop decision-ready insights and recommendations by synthesizing complex data into clear business implications, risks, opportunities, and strategic options for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support product roadmaps and strategic initiatives by managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective execution across multiple teams.
  • Monitor market, industry, competitive, and technology trends to assess implications for growth, profitability, product strategy, and market positioning, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Enable governance and execution excellence through performance tracking, reporting, issue identification and escalation, stakeholder coordination, and maintenance of project documentation to drive accountability and achievement of business objectives.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience 

  • At least 3-5 years commercial, digital, supply chain, or strategy experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consulting preferred
  • Strong analytical capability to integrate large data sets, create intuitive visualization, and draw insights
  • Create executive-ready written summaries in the forms of visualizations, powerpoint slides, and written analysis
  • Program operations discipline to track ownership, meeting/action management, and crisp written synthesis
  • Financial and business literacy to understand P&L, CAPEX, cash flow, and cross-functional context for decisions as well as implications

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or other analytical subject preferred
