About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities & Client Service Co-ordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team. This role will be servicing our client in Coffs Harbour.

Supporting the Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in the delivery of facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio throughout New South Wales. This role combines strategic asset management, contractor management, maintenance delivery and stakeholder delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance programs across multiple sites. If you're passionate about customer service, operational performance and facilities management, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact and enhance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facilities management operations across a diverse property portfolio

  • Deliver asset lifecycle management initiatives and support strategic asset planning

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure contractual compliance

  • Manage contractor performance, procurement activities and service delivery outcomes

  • Monitor work orders, approvals, quotations, invoices and purchase orders

  • Conduct site inspections and property condition audits across the portfolio in Coffs Harbour

  • Support environmental, compliance and safety initiatives across all sites

  • Investigate and resolve escalations while maintaining exceptional customer service

  • Prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes and operational updates

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings and continuous improvement

  • Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders

  • Support emergency response activities and critical incident management when required

About You

  • Experience managing facilities services across multi-site property portfolios

  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management experience

  • Demonstrated contractor and supplier management capability

  • Strong administration and systems capability within facilities or property environments

  • Experience managing maintenance programs, budgets and asset lifecycle activities

  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills

  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple competing priorities

  • Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions-focused

  • Relevant facilities management, building services or property qualification highly regarded
