As the Travel Product Operations Associate you will be a critical link between suppliers, connectivity providers, the reservations department, and our information management systems. This role involves ensuring that hotel specifics and other travel services are accurately entered and managed within the UJV database, making them available for sale to agents and consumers. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage data effectively are key to supporting the seamless operation of our reservation system and online booking engine.


You Will:

  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding, verification, entry and management of supplier details, including hotel markup, travel advisor commissions, room data, fees, and more.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely entry of product information into UJV’s database.
  • Collaborate with the sales agents, answering inquiries about supplier details and resolving issues related to booking discrepancies.
  • Manage content updates such as general information, itinerary descriptions, and terms & conditions.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues (e.g., system errors or incorrect bookings).
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to verify the accuracy of data consumed, and entered and provide solutions to potential discrepancies.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by supervisors, aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager or their designees.

You Have:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in hotel product setup, travel agency operations, or inventory management. Degree in Tourism, Business, or Tech is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues.
  • Tools: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) or CRS/CMS tools is highly valued.
  • Soft Skills: High level of independence, strong multitasking abilities, and exceptional attention to detail (100% data accuracy).
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) for business emails and hotel partner communication.
