What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Delivery Lead, APAC, you will support the onboarding of our fast-growing base of leading and emerging ecommerce retailers. As a highly motivated project manager, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class implementation experience for our suite of tools including search, merchandising, personalisation, feed management and optimisation solutions.

You will build relationships and earn the trust of customers and partners as you guide them from kick off to project completion, setting them up for ultimate success with Athos Commerce. You will become a subject matter expert across our products, and manage internal and external resources throughout technical implementations.

How You Will Succeed

• Prioritise and assess new project submissions from new and existing customers, driving project kick off, defining project requirements, setting clear expectations and timelines
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to facilitate handover, manage project expectations and provide a best in class onboarding experience for our customers
• Manage project plan, milestones and deliverables, driving internal and external teams to meet project deadlines and maximise time to value
• Collaborate with frontend and solutions engineers to ensure timely and quality delivery across Athos Commerce suite of products 
• Regularly report on project status, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to unblock projects and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes for customers, partners and internal teams, creating enablement and process documentation
• Act as main point of contact for customers and partners throughout implementation, building strong working relationships and setting them up for a long and successful journey with Athos Commerce.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing tech project or delivery management roles within fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated experience using your influence and negotiation skills to navigate expectations
• Ability to drive teams to meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in ecommerce, website build or data and feed management, ideally working with ecommerce platforms including Shopify and Adobe Commerce
• Basic technical skills in data feeds, HTML, Javascript, CSS and APIs will be a bonus
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
• Process-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
