Who We Are…

RTIC Outdoors is an outdoor lifestyle brand made for any adventure. We believe that there’s always time for great friends and great outdoor moments–with great gear you can count on. That’s why we engineer high-quality products, like coolers, drinkware, and outdoor gear, that are overbuilt, not overpriced. We push the boundaries of Direct-to-Consumer innovation and work with retailers to offer durable, premium products at the right price. As a leader in quality and value, RTIC Outdoors has become a top choice for outdoor enthusiasts and everyday adventurers alike. If you have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day…

  • Omni Customer Insights – Deliver actionable omni-insights and recommendations based on market and customer trends. Utilize portals such as Scintilla to cultivate data sets. Coordinate seasonal planning, including SKU selection, line architecture, pricing, and promotional strategy. Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify category opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement. Own the full product lifecycle: launch planning, mid-season management, and end-of-life transitions

  • Omni Competitive Analysis – Analyze competitors’ activities and positioning across products, categories, and channels. Utilize market trend data such as NPD and market visits as information inputs.

  • Wholesale Insights - Develop and execute category plans that support sales growth and profitability goals across wholesale accounts. Partner with sales teams to support retailer-specific assortments, product presentations, go-to-market strategy, and line reviews.

  • Build and Partner - Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal product cost, availability, and quality. Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and operations teams to align timelines and priorities. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure that sales tools and materials (e.g., catalogs, product guides) support the wholesale go-to-market strategy.

  • Web Enrichment & Item Content - Drive the category omni business with strong content. Provide input on optimal item attributes for improved search results and item page quality.
