  • Partner with the Knowledge Governance Manager to support content governance processes, maintenance expectations, and content lifecycle practices that improve consistency, accountability, and trust in the information available to the business.

  • Ensure customer-facing team members can find, organize, share, customize, and analyze the resources, assets, and tools needed to communicate and engage with customers effectively.

  • Help ensure content in Bloomfire is reviewed and maintained so that accurate, up-to-date information is surfaced through Enterprise Search tools, including Glean.

  • Prepare reports analyzing the effectiveness of the platform, search experience, and usage trends, working with key stakeholders across departments to optimize adoption, ease of use, and discoverability.

  • Provide administrative and technical support for Bloomfire and related enablement platforms as needed.

  • Additional related projects to be assigned as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience.

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience overseeing a central knowledge repository, content management system such as Bloomfire, or similar platform.

  • Experience partnering with content owners or governance leads to support content standards, maintenance, and accuracy.

  • Interest in knowledge management, content discoverability, and Enterprise Search tools such as Glean.
