  • Lead strategic engagements for high-value accounts with complex financial reporting or multi-entity requirements.
  • Provide functional expertise in accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP.
  • Develop client-facing deliverables including project plans, functional/technical specs, and polished presentations.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development within the team.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of consulting or FP&A transformation experience, ideally within financial services or private markets.
  • Experience delivering or supporting Pigment implementations (preferred) or other EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, SAP BPC).
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Technology-related field.
  • Technical experience in data modeling and multi-dimensional planning environments is a plus.
