Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our growing team in Germany. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

As an Immigration Consultant, you will support international applicants throughout the visa and immigration process by providing guidance, reviewing documentation, and ensuring applications are prepared in accordance with established procedures and service standards. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless immigration experience while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

As our Immigration Consultant, you will be required to:

  • Communicate directly with international clients (assignees) regarding immigration and visa-related matters.
  • Guide clients through document collection requirements and visa application processes.
  • Provide visa instructions and support throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Review and assess client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and suitability.
  • Maintain and update case information within internal databases and systems.
  • Support Senior Immigration Consultants with case management activities.
  • Assist with project-based initiatives, including drafting templates, process documentation, and operational improvements.
  • Provide support and coverage during periods of employee absence, including vacation and sick leave.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with established service standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to immigration case processing.
