We are seeking a talented, innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate goes beyond basic execution: you have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to turn high-level concepts or key bullet points into full creative plans executed from start to finish.

You will take ownership of NVision’s visual identity across technical assets, marketing materials, web design, conference displays, and customer communications. • Website: (Co-)Design and update the company website, ensuring it remains visually compelling, user friendly, and up to date with modern web design trends.

  • Idea to Execution Ownership: Take high level briefs, key points, or initial ideas and translate them into structured creative plans, taking full ownership of project execution from concept to final delivery.

  • Brand & Visual Strategy: Define, execute, and evolve NVision’s visual brand strategy across all channels. Actively pitch and present creative ideas and design concepts to management and leadership teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to translate intricate scientific and technical concepts into intuitive, engaging visual content.
