This role is responsible for maintaining scalable, consistent throughput on high-volume, recurring compliance obligations, including conducting counterparty risk reviews, executing sanctions screenings, performing control effectiveness testing, and delivering metrics and reporting that support EQT's growing LNG & LPG strategy and maturing Compliance Control Testing program.

  • Execute routine control tests across regulatory, ethics, and sanctions programs under defined methodologies, coordinating with other compliance program managers to ensure effective testing.
  • Gather and organize supporting documentation for testing and audits, and track deficiencies and remediation actions to resolution.
  • Administer intake, logging, and triage of compliance cases, maintaining case management systems for completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, and health/instrumentation metrics, and research emerging risk inputs and trends to support risk posture and repeat-issue analysis.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for Compliance Councils, committee meetings, and select Board-level updates.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and business operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and scalability of recurring compliance obligations, and support implementation of compliance tools and process documentation.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, legal, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working in data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including preparing materials for leadership and governance forums.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Familiarity with compliance concepts such as sanctions screening, KYC/EDD, and control testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with comfort managing multiple concurrent cases and deadlines.
  • Ability to follow structured, defined processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • High integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
